Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Vice President Gee Tien Siong questioned where has the allocated funding for Kota Kinabalu gone because the city’s appearance remains sub-par.

He said the RM11 million constituency allocations for 2023 have already been fully distributed among the Kota Kinabalu parliamentary and three state constituencies.

“The Kota Kinabalu MP and the Likas, Api-Api, and Luyang assemblymen along with the Likas Councillor represent the ruling party at the Federal level and hold various Federal and State ministerial positions.
