
Sassuolo chief Giovanni Carnevali has announced they've accepted an offer from West Ham United for Gianluca Scamacca.
The Hammers aim to sign the striker this week.
Carnevali said: "There is an agreement with West Ham for 36 million euros plus 6 million euros in bonuses and a resale clause of ten percent.
"He's a huge talent and a really good guy.
"I am sure he will succeed, he is a huge talent and a really good guy."
Scamacca scored 16 goals in 36 games in Serie A last season. The 23-year-old has seven caps also for Italy.
