The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) on Thursday revealed the national team roster for the upcoming FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers Window 3.
Headlining the roster is Asian Games hero Justin Brownlee, who is fresh from winning a championship for Barangay Ginebra in the PBA.
Also headlining the roster is 12-time PBA champion and 9-time PBA Most Valuable Player June Mar Fajardo of the San Miguel Beer who will man the center spot for the team.
Other members of the team are RJ Abarrientos, Justine Baltazar, AJ Edu, Dwight Ramos, Chris Newsome, Mike Phillips, Kevin Quiambao, Troy Rosario, Carl Tamayo and Scottie Thompson.
Newsome and Thompson played alongside Brownlee and Fajardo during the Philippines' gold medal run at 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China three years ago.
Australia and New Zealand are the hosts of the 3rd window of the qualifiers in July.
