KENINGAU: Four teachers from the Hospitality Department of Keningau Vocational College (KVC) here are the first group of teachers from the country to be involved as teaching staff in a pilot project of teacher exchange programme between schools or vocational institutes in Southeast Asia.
This project, under the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (Seameo) Technical Education (TED), is implemented online, and a branch of the organisation that was created specifically for vocational education.
The four teachers are Anita Md Yasin and Mujip Munib who are bakery and pastry teachers and Vienny Balakrishnan and Erma Gagah who each teach in the fields of Cosmetology and Culinary Arts.
