KENINGAU: Seventeen-year-old Alexius Ignatius, a special needs learner at the Keningau Vocational College, has been chosen as the recipient of September 2022 World Changer Award by Canada-based Special Education Network & Inclusion Association (Senia).
The Papar-born was awarded the recognition for his contribution in the special needs community.
