In addition to Duterte, lawyer Gary Samonte and Pmaj. Jericson Sangalang have also been subpoenaed for Sept. 23, Senate Presiding Officer Francis Escudero said.
Meanwhile, Civil Service Commission official Ariel Ronquillo and the Department of Budget and Management's Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System Division chief Rendell Sopeña were subpoenaed for Sept. 21 to 23.
A subpoena for Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer Gerardo Del Rosario has already been issued.
Escudero also said that oral arguments on whether to overturn the 16-vote threshold required to convict Duterte are set for Sept. 23. A vote will also be held on that day.
