Currently on-loan with Swansea City, Patino plans to demand a transfer this summer at Arsenal.
Calciomercato.com says Italian trio Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus have Patino on their radar.
All three clubs are said to be interested - with Arsenal ready to sell.
Patino has a deal to 2025 and the Gunners will seek to sell for 20m.
