MetMalaysia issues severe and alert level continuous rain warnings for Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Sri Aman and Betong until tomorrow.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Meteorological Department has issued a severe and alert level continuous rain warning for several areas in Sarawak.
The warning is in effect from today until tomorrow.
Severe continuous heavy rain is expected in Kuching, Serian and Samarahan.
An alert level warning is in place for Serian (Tebedu), Sri Aman and Betong.
MetMalaysia director-general Dr Mohd Hisham Mohd Anip announced the warnings in a statement this morning.
The public can get the latest weather information via the department’s official website, the myCuaca application and its official social media pages.
They can also call 1-300-22-1638 for any further enquiries.
