Kota Kinabalu: Local contractors are reminded to keep abreast of the times to remain competitive in the construction industry.
With over 12,000 registered contractors in the State currently, Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said they need the edge to stand out in the industry.
“Contractors must equip and improve their capability and adaptation of digital technology as the influence of such technology is high in the construction industry,” he said when officiating the annual general meeting (AGM) of the Sabah Malaysian Malay Contractors’ Association (PKMM), here, Monday.
