- Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she kept the full severity of her late husband Ozzy's health issues hidden from both their children and his Black Sabbath bandmates prior to his passing.
- The legendary heavy metal frontman died from a reported heart attack at the age of 76, just over two weeks after Black Sabbath performed their farewell concert at Villa Park in Birmingham on 5 July 2025.
- Despite suffering from severe emphysema, Parkinson's disease, and the aftermath of a fall, Ozzy was determined to perform and prayed that his lungs would allow him to sing at the landmark gig.
- Sharon expressed that the final performance brought her husband immense joy, noting that he spent his final two weeks laughing and telling jokes after years of debilitating health struggles.
- The band's historic final show alongside original members Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, and Geezer Butler has been captured in the concert film Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back To The Beginning, showing in cinemas from 28 October.
