Sheffield United defender Jili Buyabu is back with the Premier League club this winter.

Buyabu, who signed a new deal with the club in January, had gone on loan to Motherwell.

However, the loan has been brought to an early end, per The Star, as a result of off the field issues.

The club have outlined that Buyabu is returning to Sheffield United for personal reasons.

The 20-year-old only played a single game for Motherwell as a substitute against Greenock Morton in the Scottish Cup.

He will now be hoping to kick on and get a loan move in the summer to get regular game time.
