The fate of two national divers, Datuk Pandelela Rinong and Nur Dhabitah Sabri, has finally been determined as they are dropped from the Road To Gold (RTG) Program.
This follows their less-than-ideal performance at the World Aquatics Championships in Doha, which resulted in them failing to secure slots for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The coordinator of the RTG Program Committee, Datuk Stuart Ramalingam, announced this decision during a recent press conference.
Additionally, Stuart also revealed that male diver Bertrand Rhodict Lises, who was the sole representative of the country in the sport, has qualified to compete in Paris and is listed in the RTG Program to aid in his preparations for the upcoming event.
