Tengku Puteri Seri Kemala Tengku Aishah, sister of the Sultan of Pahang, passed away in Kuala Lumpur; burial set for today at Pahang Royal Mausoleum.
KUANTAN: The sister of the Sultan of Pahang, Tengku Puteri Seri Kemala Tengku Datuk Seri Aishah Almarhum Sultan Ahmad Shah, passed away at 9.15 pm last night at a hospital in Kuala Lumpur.
Comptroller of the Royal Household of the Sultan of Pahang Major General Datuk Mohamed Zahari Yahya said the body of the deceased would be taken to the Pahang Royal Mausoleum, Pekan tomorrow (August 27) to be buried with full honours and ceremonies.
He said the deceased’s death was a great loss to the Pahang Royal Family, especially to the Sultan of Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Tengku Ampuan Pahang Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah.
“May Allah SWT shower his blessings upon the deceased’s soul, forgive all sins and mistakes, accept all acts of worship and good deeds that have been done throughout her life, and place the deceased’s soul among the righteous and in His heaven.
“Let’s all pray that the deceased’s soul will be with the righteous,” he said in a media statement last night.
