SHAH ALAM, Sept 11 - Police have arrested six individuals suspected of involvement in the death of a 40-year-old man following a fight in Rasa, Hulu Selangor.
Hulu Selangor district police chief Supt Manimaran Muniandi said police were alerted to the incident through a report lodged on September 9.
“Investigations at the scene in Rasa, Hulu Selangor, found that a foreigner had died following a fight there.
“Acting on information gathered, police arrested four men and two women aged between 30 and 50,” he said in a statement yesterday.
Manimaran said all six suspects would be remanded for seven days until September 16 to assist in the investigation.
He added that none of the suspects had prior police records and all tested negative for drugs.
