
Insufficient rest not only causes you to sleep in an office, but it can even disturb your health level. Some of you spend a lot of time for the sake of work but actually lack sleep which can have a negative effect on your career. For example, losing concentration, getting sick and stressed affected, and so on. To get better quality sleep and fall asleep quickly at night, avoid the following habits.

- Avoid taking sleep medicine - Even if you have good sleep because it contains sedatives, did you know that it will disturb your sleep naturally? In this process, your sleep will be inequality, which can cause you to have a nightmare and often wake up at night.
- Sleep ‘Revenge’ - Some individuals feel like they never get enough sleep during the workday. So they decide to take that opportunity to sleep which is like they want to revenge. This is also not good because the waking hours become inconsistent. For example, when you start work on Monday, your body will be tired because before that it is used to a lot of rest. Besides that, it will cause you to feel sleepy and lazy at work.
- Work at night - To make you fall asleep quickly, avoid finishing your work before going to sleep. The activity that needs your brain to function will make it difficult for you to fall asleep. Prevent putting your handphone beside you to get complete rest and not be busy checking social sites such as Facebook, email, Instagram, and so on, especially that can make your brain function at the same time causing you to not be able to sleep well.
- Wake up at different times - It is better for you to not wake up at different times. Make sure to set a consistent wake-up time because it will make you feel usual at that time. Automatically, you will wake up at the time you set without an alarm. Regular wake-up time is practising the brain to send a reminder to wake up an hour before that. If your wake-up time is not organized, your brain will not know when it can complete the sleep process and be ready to wake you up.
