Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s Covid-19 caseload dipped slightly to 129 on Saturday from 138 the day earlier.
Sabah’s Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said the marginal decrease was due to a lower number of test samples yet slightly higher positivity rate.
Sandakan topped the list this time with 19 cases, followed by Kota Kinabalu (15), Tuaran (14), Penampang (12), Tawau (10) and Beaufort (8).
“Eight districts did not record any new infections,” he said Saturday.
He said 135 out of 138 cases were category one and two infections, while one case was recorded in category four.
No deaths or new clusters were identified.
