GEORGE TOWN - Another child who was suspected to have consumed snacks containing rat poison has passed away at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of Penang Hospital (HPP) on Friday.
The incident was confirmed by his mother, Nurain Hasnorizal, 25, after visiting the victim in the ward.
According to her, Muhammad Luth Syauqi, two, breathed his last at 1.24pm earlier.
"His body is expected to be buried in Kampung Banggol Berangan, Labu Besar, Kedah near his brother's grave," she said when met by reporters on Friday.
