MANILA, Philippines — Some areas in Metro Manila and Cavite will have water interruptions this week because of scheduled maintenance works, Manila Water Company Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. said on Sunday.
Manila Water said that in Metro Manila, some areas in the villages of UP Campus and Blue Ridge will have water interruptions on August 25-26 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to line maintenance works at C.P Garcia cor. Manansala and at Union Lane cor. Comets Loop.
Some places in the villages of U.P Village, Teachers Village East, Teachers Village West, San Vicente and Old Capitol Site in Quezon City will have no water on August 26-27 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to line maintenance works at Marilag near cor. Maginhawa.
In Taguig City, some areas in Brgy. Maharlika will have service interruptions on August 25-26 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the replacement of a line meter.
Some places in the villages of Rizal and Pembo will have no water on August 25-26 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to line meter declogging activities.
In Marikina City, some parts of Brgy. Parang will have water interruptions on August 25-26 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of zero pressure testing works at Jasper cor. Shale to detect possible leaks.
Meanwhile, Maynilad said that some areas in the villages of 821, 822, 823, 824, 825, 826, 827, 828, 841, 842, 843, 849, 850, 851, 852, and 853 will have no water on August 24-25 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of network maintenance activities at West Zamora Street in Pandacan, Manila.
Some sections in the villages of 587, 588, 589, 590, 591, 592, 593, 594, 595, 596, 597, 598, 599, 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607608, 609, 610, 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, 616, 617, 618, 619, 620, 621, 622, 623, 624, and 625 and 587-A will also have service interruptions on August 25-26 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of water auditing works at Teresa Street.
In Caloocan City, some parts of Brgy. 174 will have water service interruptions on August 25-26 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of leak detection activities at Pag-Asa Homesite.
In Parañaque City, some locations in the villages of Don Bosco, Marcelo Green, San Antonio and San Isidro will have service interruptions on August 24 between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. due to the replacement of a 75 millimeter gate valve and air valve.
Also, some portions of Brgy. Tambo will have water interruptions on August 24-25 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of network maintenance activities at Pacific Avenue cor. CAVITEX.
In Las Piñas City, some areas in the villages of Almanza Uno, Pilar, Talon Uno, Talon Dos and Talon Singko will have no water on August 26-27 between 10 p.m. and 1 p.m. because of the replacement of 500 millimeter and 400 millimeter valves at the Marcos Alvarez Pumping Station and Magdiwang Pumping Station and Reservoir.
In Cavite, some places in the villages of Molino II, Molino III, Molino IV, Molino VII, Queens Row Central, Queens Row East, Queens Row West and San Nicholas III in Bacoor City and some locations in the villages of Pasong Buaya I and Pasong Buaya II in Imus City will have service interruptions on August 26-27 between 10 p.m. and 1 p.m. because of the replacement of 500 millimeter and 400 millimeter valves at the Marcos Alvarez Pumping Station and Magdiwang Pumping Station and Reservoir.
