MANILA, Philippines--Some sections of Metro Manila, Rizal and Cavite will have water interruptions this week because of maintenance work and high demand, Manila Water Company Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. said on Sunday.
Manila Water said some areas in Brgy. Matandang Balara, Quezon City will have no water on June 16-17 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the replacement of a line meter at Commonwealth Ave. corner Luzon Ave.
Some parts of Brgy. Pasong Tamo will also have water interruptions on June 17-18 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to declogging activities.
In Pasig City, some sections of Brgy. Pinagbuhatan will have service interruptions on June 16-17 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of the installation of a line meter at Eusebio Ave. corner Sandoval Ave.
Some places in Brgy. Concepcion Dos, Marikina City and some areas in Brgy. Cupang and Brgy. Mayamot in Antipolo City, Rizal will have no water on June 16-17 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to the replacement of a line meter.
Also, some sections of Brgy. Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal will have water service interruptions on June 15-16 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. due to an installation of a valve in a water system at Malakas St. corner C-6.
Some parts of Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal will have water interruptions on June 16-17 between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. due to the installation of a pressure release valve along Baliksaka Rd.
Meanwile, Maynilad said in Manila City, some areas in the villages of 51, 603, 605, 610, 611, 612, 614, 615 and 616 will have service interruptions on June 15 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. because of network maintenance activities at Magistrado Arellano corner Magistrado Mapa.
Several locations in the villages of 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146 and 177 will have no water on June 15-16 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of a water audit at Honorio Lopez Boulevard.
In Tondo, several places in the villages of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 81, 82, 83, 84, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 124,128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 163, 168, 169, 170, 171,172, 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 221, 222, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 356,357, 358, 359, 360, 361, 362, 363, 364, 365, 366, 367, 368, 369, 370, 371, 372, 373, 374, 375, 376, 377, 378, 379, 380, 381 382, 492, 493, 494, 495, 496, 497 and 500 will have no water on June 15-21 between 11 a.m. and 5 a.m. because of leak exploration activities.
Some sections in the villages of 313, 314, 329, 330 and 335 in Sta. Cruz, Manila City will have water service interruptions on June 15-21 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. due to leak exploration.
Some places in the villages of 36, 39, 40, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197 in Caloocan City and some areas in the villages of 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, 220 and 202-A in Manila City will have service interruptions on June 15-21 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. because of leak exploration activities at Rizal Ave., Manila.
In Valenzuela City, some locations in the villages of Gen. T. De Leon and Parada will have service interruptions on June 15-16 between 12:01 a.m. and 4 a.m. because of network maintenance activities at Teachers Village and at Clemente Compound.
Some areas in the villages of Gen. T. De Leon, Karuhatan, Malinta, Marulas and Maysan will have water interruptions on June 15-16 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of network maintenance activities at the Parada Pumping Station and Reservoir.
In Quezon City, several places in the villages of Apolonio Samson, Baesa, Bahay Toro, Bungad, Damayan, Dangay, Del Monte, Katipunan, Mariblo, Paltok, Paraiso, San Antonio, Sangandaan and Veterans Village will have water service interruptions on June 15-16 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of water audit activities at General Avenue.
Parts of Brgy. Batasan Hills will also have no water on June 15-16 between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. because of mainline decommissioning activities in a water system at Pilones Street in Sugartowne Homes.
In Imus City, Cavite, several places in the villages of Alapan I-C, Anabu I-A, Anabu I-B, Anabu I-C, Anabu I-D, Anabu I-E, Anabu I-F, Anabu II-A, Anabu II- B, Anabu II-C, Anabu II-D, Anabu II-E, Bayan Luma I, Bayan Luma II, Bayan Luma III, Bayan Luma IV, Bayan Luma V, Bayan Luma VI, Bayan Luma VII, Bayan Luma VIII, Bayan Luma IX, Bukandala III, Bukandala IV, Bukandala V, Carsadang Bago I, Carsadang Bago II, Malagasang 1-A, Malagasang I-B, Malagasang I-C, Malagasang I-D, Malagasang I-E, Malagasang I-F, Malagasang I-G, Medicion I-B, Poblacion III-B, Poblacion IV-B, Poblacion IV-D, and Tanzang Luma VI will have no water on June 15-17 between 5 a.m. and 1 a.m. because of high water demand at the Patindig Araw pumping station.
In Bacoor City, some places in the villages of Molino I, Molino VI and San Nicholas III will have water interruptions on June 15-16 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. because of valve insertion works in a water system at Adelfa Soldiers Hills.
