Southampton interim coach Ruben Selles has stated the club will push to appoint coaches from within their organization.
The Saints are battling relegation as they attempt to salvage their season, after firing Ralph Hasenhuttl and then Nathan Jones.
Now it appears they are reluctant to hire another permanent boss until the season concludes.
B team head coach Dave Horseman has been working with interim boss Selles for the moment.
Well, definitely we need to make some adjustments," Selles admitted to reporters, given several first team coaches left with Nathan Jones after he was sacked.
