Southampton midfielder Oriol Romeu has been linked with a move to Girona.

Radio Gironareport that La Liga outfit are keen to bring the holding midfielder to Catalonia.

Romeu departed Barcelona in 2011, having come through the ranks at La Masia and Espanyol.

He has made 255 appearances for Southampton, after making his debut at home to Everton in August, 2015.
