
- Actress Mary Egida Rivera, who appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home, has died peacefully at the age of 82.
- Rivera played Ned Leeds’ grandmother, Lola, opposite Jacob Batalon in the 2021 film, a role she was reportedly very proud of.
- She passed away on 15 April in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- One of her memorable scenes involved her character asking Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker to clean a cobweb from a hard-to-reach corner.
- Rivera is survived by her husband, Alejandro Rivera, four children, 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
