Tottenham are favourites to land Blackburn Rovers centre back Ashley Phillips.

The Daily Mail says Spurs director of football Fabio Paratici is expected to be at Rovers game at Reading tonight ahead of giving a move the green light.
Tottenham are looking to strike a deal ahead of their rivals once Paratici gives his approval.
Phillips is an England under-17 international, winning five caps, and has made two appearances for Rovers so far this season - once each in the Championship and the Carabao Cup.
