Tottenham are set to chase two midfielders in the shape of Douglas Luiz and Conor Gallagher this summer.
The North London club are seeking a replacement for Denmark midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojberg.
The latter is a target for Spanish giants Atletico Madrid, while he may not be in the plans of new Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou.
Per The Mail, Spurs and Atleti are in talks regarding Hojberg, but there is no agreement as yet.
Spurs would then go after Luiz from Aston Villa or Chelsea's Gallagher, should they sell Hojberg.
Neither player would be cheap, considering Villa are building a team to continue climbing the table and Chelsea have a dearth of central midfield options.
