Tottenham have set their price for midfielder Harry Winks.
Winks is a target for Everton, with Newcastle United also interested.
The Liverpool Echo says Spurs are hoping to secure a £20m transfer fee for Winks this summer. But Everton are instead keen on securing a loan deal for the midfielder.
Along with Newcastle, Sevilla are also keen.
Winks would favour a move to Goodison Park and is keen to return to playing regular first-team football after being frozen out by Antonio Conte at White Hart Lane last season. The midfielder made just 19 Premier League appearances during the 2021/22 campaign.
