Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s representative SM St Michael ruled supreme in the inaugural NRDP (National Rugby Development Programme) National Under-17 Women X-Rugby Sevens’ which was held at the Shah Alam Mini Stadium from October 19-20.
The team captained by Athalea Mavis Joitol stayed unbeaten throughout the competition and edged team Kulai from Johor 17-15 in the final to clinch the Champion Cup.
