Kota Kinabalu: The relocation of Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) to Kimanis is not an urgent need at the moment as the existing airport terminal is still quite perfect in terms of basic facilities.

Stressing this, Star Sabah Wiramuda Exco Chief Kong Soon Choi said there are still too many mega development needs that must be given priority, including completing badly damaged roads and repairing electricity, water and telecommunication systems in some areas of the State.
