PASIR PUTEH - BN and Pakatan Harapan (PH) have choosen July 23rd, as the date to announce the list of candidates contesting in the Kelantan state election.
The matter was confirmed by Kelantan Umno information chief Datuk Zawawi Othman when met by reporters on Tuesday.
"Insya-Allah PH chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will be expected to attend at the ceremony," he said.
He said the announcement for all candidates for the 45 state seats would take place at the Knowledge Transformation centre, Bukit Tiu, Machang.
He said the BN-PH state election machinery launch would be done that night.
Zawawi said this election BN would feature 80 per cent new faces.
He added the new faces involved are individuals from different backgrounds including religious individuals, academicians and such.
