Kota Kinabalu: It is time to stop the transfer of problematic civil servants and officers, including from the police force, to other states in the country, says The Council of Datuks Sabah (MDNS).
Its President Datuk Claudius Roman said those errant or problematic officers should face the music of their actions so as to send a strong message of deterrence to others.
