Strictly Come Dancing contestant Nick Knowles has shared a gruelling training update with fans ahead of the first live show.
The DIY SOS host posted a video of himself, revealing his t-shirt was covered in sweat stains following a busy day of rehearsals on Monday (9 September).
The 61-year-old described his day as “exhilarating and brilliant”.
The presenter added: “I’ve had such a good day rehearsing. I can’t wait for you all to see us perform. Yes, they are actual sweat stains I’m giving it my all. Who’s counting down the days?!”
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One on Saturday (14 September) at 7.20pm.
