Strictly Come Dancing contestant Pete Wicks and his partner Jowita Przystal were in tears following a stunningly emotional dance dedicated to the TOWIE star’s late grandmother.
As part of Saturday’s Icons show (9 November), the couple danced to a slow rendition of Tina Turner’s Simply The Best, a song loved by the reality star’s late grandmother.
In an interview with host Claudia Winkelman, Pete said: “It’s been a tough week, but the one person I wish was here is my nan, but she’s not, so that’s my way of her being here.
Jowita told him: “I wish I could meet your grandma but I met her through all the stories we shared with you and your mum.”
The pair landed their highest score of the show so far at 36.
