Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Table Tennis Association (STTA) received a significant endorsement from Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) Datuk Mustapha Sakmud for the staging of the 44th Milo Malaysia Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championship during a courtesy call led by STTA vice president Solius Palipus recently.
The Minister confirmed his commitment during the meeting to supporting the tournament to be held in Kota Kinabalu at the Maksak Hall on September 16-20 by providing the necessary financial aid.
Solius said the State body expressed its appreciation for the generous support and assistance received from Mustapha.
He added that the support is crucial, as it will help facilitate the smooth execution of the tournament and promote the development of table tennis throughout Sabah and Malaysia.
