SUNSET By Neon is set to return to Genting Highlands on Sept 26 and 27 for its second chapter, bringing together a mix of international and Malaysian electronic music acts for a two-day festival.
The event will run from 4pm to 3am on both days, with a programme centred on melodic techno and electronic music.
Day one will be headlined by Italian techno producer Enrico Sangiuliano and Danish DJ and producer Morten.
The second day will feature a Time Machine takeover, with performances by Agents of Time, Yotto, Rivo, SLVR and NOSI.
The Malaysian lineup includes Victor G, CXW, Boriz B2B Wesufo, MTR and Dora, who will perform across the two-day festival.
The event will also mark Malaysian debuts for several international acts, including Yotto, Enrico Sangiuliano, Agents of Time, SLVR and Morten.
Rivo, the French DJ and producer, is known for his melodic and hypnotic style and gained wider attention after his remix of Disclosure’s “You & Me”.
Finnish producer Yotto is recognised for his atmospheric melodic sound and releases on Anjunadeep.
Sangiuliano, one of Italy’s prominent techno producers, will also make his debut at the festival. His work includes a collaboration with Charlotte de Witte on a remix of “The Age Of Love”, which reached No. 1 on Beatport.
Italian duo Agents of Time, comprising Andrea Di Ceglie and Luigi Tutolo, will bring their live show, combining melodic house, techno and elements of improvisation.
SLVR, another Italian producer with more than a decade of experience in electronic music, will also take the stage, while Morten will showcase the Future Rave sound he developed alongside David Guetta.
Genting Highlands will once again provide the backdrop for the festival, with the organisers highlighting its mountain setting and cooler temperatures as part of the overall experience.
Beyond the music, festival-goers can expect food and beverage offerings, premium areas and visual installations.
Official automotive partner Omoda&Jaecoowill also be present, with the brand set to showcase its OMODA C7 during the event.
Sunset By NEON Chapter Two will be held from 4pm to 3am on Sept 26 and 27 in Genting Highlands.
Organisers said 60 per cent of general admission two-day passes and 70 per cent of VIP two-day passes had been sold.
General admission two-day passes are priced at RM348, while VIP passes cost RM788.
