Susanna Reid has opened up about the beauty secrets behind her age-defying appearance, admitting that not everything is "natural".
The 55-year-old has shared her regime with Women and Home magazine, revealing that she has "tiny tweakments".
Susanna said: "It's difficult to know, isn't it, because obviously there are little things that I do, like I have tiny tweakments. I'm not going to pretend it's all entirely just natural ageing and it's everything's just natural."
The TV star, who has co-hosted Good Morning Britain since 2014, relies on "tiny tweakments" to maintain her youthful appearance.
She did not go into great detail about the rest of her beauty routine, but she admitted to using one particular cream "religiously day and night".
Susanna, who revealed that she does not drink much alcohol these days, explained: "I use Aveeno moisturising cream, and I use that religiously day and night. "I use Trinny's The Elevator neck cream because I think as we get older sometimes we can neglect our necks and so I use that."
The presenter has also spoken in the past about her attitude to growing older, explaining that she is not "fighting" ageing. Instead, she stressed that she is "welcoming it and enjoying it".
She told Women and Home magazine in 2023: "Women, especially in television, are completely embracing ageing gracefully, which means we’re not fighting it. We’re accepting it, welcoming it and enjoying it. "
All the women on Good Morning Britain are looking better and better than we did. We've got a brilliant styling team, but it is also an attitude thing. It’s like no one’s afraid of ageing, so you inhabit it, rather than resist it. I have literally no fear of getting older. I think every day is fabulous."
Susanna has also revealed that turning 50 brought her a new level of self-confidence. The presenter, who co-hosted BBC Breakfast from 2001 until 2014, admitted to suffering "impostor syndrome" earlier in her career. She now feels more comfortable in her own skin.
She said: "People often talk about impostor syndrome, but when you’ve got to your 50s, you know what you’re doing, and that gives you more confidence."
