Suspect charged as two women die in New Jersey hit-and-run incident after World Cup watch party

  • Mariana Elizabeth Valverde Beltran, 58, and Maria Isabel DeLosAngeles Salgado Ayala, 61, were fatally struck in a hit-and-run incident in Newark, New Jersey, reportedly after attending a World Cup watch party.
