Sweden coach Graham Potter says his side will have to produce a world famous performance to outgun World Cup favourites France in the last 32 on Tuesday.
"We have to play the game of our lives," the Englishman told a news conference on Monday in New Jersey before the first knock-out round clash.
Defender Victor Lindelöf added: "We have players who can hurt every team in the world."
Arsenal striker Viktor Gyökeres and Liverpool forward Alexander Isak are a fearsome front two on paper, but so far the Swedes have been wildly inconsistent.
They hammered Tunisia 5-1 in their group opener before losing 5-1 to the Dutch and drawing 1-1 with Japan.
