Sweden will be without defender Isak Hien for the rest of the World Cup, the Swedish Football Association said in a statement on Friday.
Hien, who was in the starting line-up in all three group stage matches, sustained an injury in the 1-1 draw against Japan on Thursday.
Sweden face France in the round of 32 on Tuesday. The winner will face either Germany or Paraguay.
