Juventus midfielder Alessio Tacchinardi admits defeat at Inter Milan was a reality check.
Juve lost narrowly 1-0, but Tacchinardi says the gap was obvious.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "The match at San Siro was a good blow because we were losing, but I thought Juve had closed the gap with Inter a little and, instead, on Sunday we saw too much of a difference.
"My years in black and white, however, they taught me that you shouldn't give up, you have to believe in the championship until the end.
"In football anything can happen."
