SANDAKAN: Tanjung Papat Assemblyman Frankie Poon welcomes the government’s move, through the Ministry of Health (MOH), to build additional building for the only hospital in this district - Hospital Duchess of Kent (HDOK).
“I read from recent news that MOH will be adding a new building to the HDOK and another 400 beds.
“I would imagine that more departments and sub specialists will be engaged. Hopefully, it will be a more at par with Hospital Queen Elizabeth 1 and 2 in Kota Kinabalu.
