According to the RCI Report on Tabung Haji, a police report was lodged in November 2018 over TH’s sale of its 95% stake in THIP to PT Borneo Pacific, involving alleged misrepresentation and concealment of information.
The RCI found that TH had transferred the shares before receiving full payment and had also advanced US$178.6 million that was supposed to be settled by PT Borneo Pacific.
The deal value was subsequently reduced from US$910 million to US$810 million.
TH Indo Plantations owns a total of 83,000 hectares of palm oil estates in Indonesia.

The entire description of this deal stated in the RCI report stinks to high heavens.
Gaps in the above transaction is an obvious red flag.

Now is 2026.
Almost 6 years.
Was the case classified `NFA’?
Or still waiting for further documents from the various parties including parties overseas?
Bank Negara has advanced data tools to trace funds across accounts in real time.
Was their assistance sought in this case?
The above is a sizeable asset at stake.
Follow the money.
Bank deposits, wire transfers, dummy companies, money mules, hidden co-conspirators who benefit from the illegal activity.
Financial records and transaction receipts are difficult to completely erase.
Evidence is hard to destroy, be it physical or in digital form.
It can be accessed years after the act.
Now that this is revealed and made public, voters should ask those political parties and politicians seeking your vote how they intend to recover this.
Don’t take their response that they will leave this to the authorities as they are the ones that are investigating and any decision to charge or not is their perogative.
The politicians and political parties needs to commit and tell you their action plans and timeline to get the monies back, hard earned monies that belongs to the members of TH.
