Still, some workers get lucky when they are blessed with generous bosses. It was recently revealed that Malaysian actress and entrepreneur Fazura had spent thousands of ringgit on her staff when she bought them Coach bags ✨🤩
In a TikTok video captioned “Fazura spends thousands on staff appreciation,” the actress can be spotted handing out an assortment of Coach bags to her staff. She did not make a big deal of it and gave the gifts casually.
The average cost of a bag could range from RM1,300 to RM1,700. Some staff members can also be seen thanking her for the luxurious gifts.

In the comments, some people praised Nur Fazura Sharifuddin (her real name) for appreciating her staff while others said that they would also like to work with her. She’s definitely topping the charts when it comes to staff appreciation.
