Coach is taking its signature New York attitude to new heights — quite literally — with the opening of The Coach Restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport in Singapore (scheduled for 31 October 2025). Situated right beside the Coach boutique, the eatery blends the American brand’s playful luxury DNA with Singapore’s vibrant dining scene.
This stylish new spot is the second of its kind after first opening in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Coach Restaurant completes Coach’s full New York experience in Singapore, joining the already existing The Coach Coffee Shop at Weave, Resorts World Sentosa and Coach Play Singapore Shophouse which houses a cocktail bar.
Here, Coach invites travellers and tastemakers to indulge in a uniquely Coach experience. The 56-seater New York-style steakhouse destination is an amalgamation of impeccable design, decadent culinary offerings and of course, sprinkle of the spirit of wanderlust. We had the pleasure of flying to Singapore for the official launch party on 28 October 2025 — and here’s what went down!

First impressions-wise, The Coach Restaurant — overlooking Jewel Changi Airport’s iconic Rain Vortex — is easily one of the most stunning F&B outlets in the popular lifestyle hub. Rich wood finishes, polished brass accents, terrazzo floors and buttery leather seatings are immediately visible. Elevating the overall experience is the use of soft and golden lighting. Just like Coach, The Coach Restaurant itself is the embodiment of effortless coolness.
Throughout the restaurant, it’s also easy to spot nods to Coach’s very own DNA. Sophisticated, contemporary and reflective of the House’s innovative spirit. For example, you won’t miss the a classic yellow New York cab on the ceiling. On the walls, there are also frames and tributes to the brand including its “C” sign. There’s also a door that connects to the Coach boutique right next door so if you would like to eat and shop — that’s your cue.

Stars from across the region graced The Coach Restaurant Singapore’s official opening party. Think Singapore’s Glenn Yong, Estelle Fly, Tyler Ten and Carrie Wong, Thailand’s Force Jiratchapong Srisang, Love Pattranite Limpatiyakorn and Nanon Korapat Kirdpan, Indonesia’s Syifa Hadju and El Rumi, as well as Malaysia’s Amelia Henderson, Anna Jobling, Jane Chuck, Jack Gohr, Kasih Iris Leona and Nadhir Nasar among others.
Dressed in their flyest fits and ready to bask in the high-octane energy of the evening, guests mingled as excitement filled the air. Singaporean DJ Farah Farz entertained the crowd throughout the occasion. Oh, I know I sure was in my anticipation-is-all-the-way-up-there mode.
What’s on the menu?

Of course, at The Coach Restaurant, we have got to check out the food! In true Coach fashion, dishes were displayed with substance and style, composed yet intriguing. The Coach Restaurant transports patrons to a New York dining episode with touches of local flair. Luxurious, familiar but with a fashion-forward approach. What’s not to love, right?
At The Coach Restaurant, the menu — helmed by Head Chef Kurt Sombero — is divided into a few distinctive segments. First, there’s the Raw Bar offering creations like ‘The Black and White Bagel’ (Toasted NY bagel served with caviar and cream cheese) and ‘Washington State Oysters’ (with blackberry mignonette and grated horseradish).
Up next, there’s Starters — housing the likes of ‘Maryland Swimmer Crab Cake’ and ‘Steak Tartare’ shaped in the iconic Coach logo — as well as New York Classics, with dishes such as ‘The Chicken Bucket’ (served with housemade hot honey, ranch and hot sauce). The latter comes in a bucket wrapped in a leather sleeve with the brand’s signature tag.

For something heavier, check out From The Grill. Here, The Coach Restaurant offers both the ‘Maine Lobster’ (with black pepper hollandaise and roasted lemon) and ‘USDA Prime Ribeye’ (using Linz Heritage Angus Beef and accompanied by garlic confit and thyme). Pair your mains with Side Dishes including ‘Creamy Sweet Corn & Jalapeno’ as well as ‘Duck Fat French Fries’.
When it comes to Desserts, expect sweet treats in the form of the ‘NY Style Cheesecake’ which comes with seasonal fruit compote and ‘PB&J Bombe Alaska’. The latter features peanut butter parfait and jelly with meringue. What a way to end a memorable on a euphoric note, no?
