Things had reached rock bottom when the beauty mogul and the “Trance” rapper spent the holidays separately. Jenner took off with sister Kendall to Aspen, Colorado. They were joined by Justin and Hailey Bieber, and the group seemed to have a fun-filled New Year’s outing.
In January, Kylie Jenner attended the Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show at Paris Fashion Week with Chalamet. The two were seen laughing and having a good time — a video of which was popularly published by the celebrity gossip Instagram account Deuxmoi.
April 2023: ‘New couple alert’

In early April, Deuxmoi continued to dig into the alleged “new couple” and shared a post with information confirming their relationship. Although the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and the Dune actor remained tight-lipped about it, TMZ shared a series of images of Jenner’s black Range Rover outside Chalamet’s Beverly Hills house. In between, there were reports about the two enjoying a casual date night at Santa Monica’s Tito’s Tacos.
As news of them being spotted together became increasingly frequent, PEOPLE reported that the two are “hanging out and getting to know each other.” No sooner than 17 April, Entertainment Tonight reported they were dating and said, “They are keeping things casual at this point. It’s not serious, but Kylie is enjoying hanging out with Timothée and seeing where it goes.”
With Coachella right around the corner at the time, fans expected an announcement from the music festival. However, the report said, “Kylie decided she didn’t want to make things public with Timothée this past weekend at Coachella, and really just wanted to chill and have fun with her friends.”
May 2023: Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are ‘casually seeing each other’
By now, it was clear that Kylie Jenner had moved on with her life from Scott and was reportedly with Chalamet. Entertainment Tonight stated that her former partner wasn’t too comfortable or happy about this fact and said, “Travis is not thrilled about Kylie moving on, but they are still cordial and focused on co-parenting and being the best parents they can be.”
However, commenting on the alleged brewing relationship, the publication said, “Kylie and Timothée are casually seeing each other, but are trying to keep it low-key,” adding, “They are becoming more comfortable with each other, but Kylie wants to take things day by day and see where it goes.”

Nearly three months since the rumours took wing, June began with Jenner and Chalamet being seen in the posh neighbourhood as they headed out for a lunch date. Daily Mail posted pictures of the two arriving at the Academy Award-nominated actor’s house separately.
August 2023: Break up or not?
In early August, several media reports suggested that Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet had called it quits owing to their busy schedule and work commitments. However, both TMZ and Entertainment Tonight refuted these claims, with the former saying, “Our sources say everything is cool between the two, they’re still an item, and “any reports that say otherwise are false.”
However, on 24 August, The News published an article saying Kylie Jenner “seemingly confirmed” her breakup. It refers to one of her recent posts, where Jenner poses in a red cone top, a beige corset, a mini skirt and silver heels, while her hair is tied in a high ponytail. While fans leave speculating comments about her split, neither star has spoken about the matter.
September 2023: Beyonce concert and US Open
The two made a discreet public debut at Beyoncé’s concert. They engaged in some sweet PDA and looked quite comfortable in each other’s company.
After a few days, the US Open began and Chalamet and Jenner were at the court for a sporty date. In September, Elle Mexico also captured Kylie at the Prada fashion show where fans got a sneak peek at her iPhone lock screen wallpaper featuring her bae.
November and December 2023: Kylie Jenner supports Timothée Chalamet as he hosts SNL and attends Wonka premiere
The Don’t Look Up actor was hosting Saturday Night Live for the second time. He took over the internet as the “baby face” rap portion of his monologue went viral across social media. Kylie Jenner supported him, and the two even attended the SNL after-party together. A seal of approval from her mother Kris Jenner also followed when she posted the promo video on Instagram.
In December, at the Los Angeles premiere of Chalamet’s then-recent film Wonka, Kylie and Kris Jenner skipped the red carpet. They reportedly entered when the opening credits started rolling.
January 2024: Kiss at Golden Globes
Chalamet and Jenner attended the 2024 Golden Globes at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on 7 January.
They arrived holding hands at their table and were seated together throughout the duration of the ceremony. They were seen looking into each other’s eyes as they chatted. Jenner was seen playfully running her hand up Chalamet’s suit.

March 2024: Kylie Jenner addresses relationship fan theories and style influence
In March 2024, Kylie Jenner sat for an interview with The New York Times where she briefly addressed a shift in her sartorial choices a year back when her son Aire turned 1. She said, “It takes me a while after I have a baby to feel like myself again.” “Then you get your body back, and you’re like, ‘Wait, the trends have changed,’ ” Jenner explained.
But when fans theorised that it seemed Chalamet had rubbed off on her style transformation, Jenner said, “I don’t know how I feel about that.” She succinctly added, “I just don’t want to talk about personal things.”
June 2024: A movie date night after months
After months of not being seen together, Jenner and Chalamet were spotted together for a movie date night. Despite alleged breakup rumours, several sources had previously said that the two are very much together and their relationship is going strong. Hence when they were spotted at the TCL Chinese Theatre, it reiterated the same.
August 2024: They celebrate her birthday in the Bahamas

Shortly before Kylie’s interview with British Vogue, in which she said that privacy is extremely important to her and that is why she doesn’t prefer speaking about Chalamet and her relationship much, was published, photos of the lovebirds leaving the same private jet surfaced.
The actor joined the makeup mogul and her friends in the Bahamas for her 27th birthday, which is on 10 August. Later, Jenner shared a carousel of photos from the trip and captioned it “Best birthday ever?” but it did not feature her beau.
October 2024: More date nights and spottings
Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet continue to keep their relationship private, but the paparazzi and hawk-eyed fans seldom miss spotting them. Once, The Kardashian star and Chalamet’s elder sister Pauline went to Disneyland in Paris, and the other time, Kylie and Timothée were spotted in New York City, enjoying pizza at Little Charli in the West Village.
December 2024: Early Christmas for Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet
Throughout November and December, the Jenner and the Call Me By Your Name actor were spotted spending quality time with each other, enjoying date nights and Facetiming when he was away shooting in New York.
According to Harper’s Bazaar, they were back together for the holidays and rang in Christmas early. He celebrated with her kids Stormi and Aire. They spent Christmas Day with their respective families but made sure to make memories together during the holiday season.
January 2025: Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet attend the Golden Globes
The new year started pretty well for Chalamet who was nominated at the 2025 Golden Globes for his role in A Complete Unknown. Although she skipped the red carpet, Kylie Jenner was there by his side to support him. The two were seen indulging in PDA and spending quality time together. She shimmered in a molten silver Versace number and he looked dapper in a black suit with a blue scarf.
Later, they were also captured arriving together at the Beverly Hills Hotel for the 2025 Grammy Awards. Jenner wore flared black leggings over black boots with a short black jacket and hoodie and he appeared in a black zippered coat with black pants tucked into combat boots and he wore a baseball cap.
February 2025: The PDA continues with the BAFTA Awards
The awards season gave fans some good treat of the Jenner-Chalamet as both were seen together at almost every event — from the Santa Barbara Film Festival to the Berlinale and the BAFTA Awards.
On 16 January, the two attended the BAFTA Awards, where he was nominated for A Complete Unknown. Although they did not walk the red carpet together, photos from the event showed the two side by side.
