Megan Thee Stallion just added an NBA star to her dating history lineup. The Grammy-winning American rapper recently confirmed her relationship with Dallas Mavericks player Klay Thompson, making headlines once again.

One of Megan Thee Stallion’s very first public relationships in her dating history was with fellow rapper Moneybagg Yo. The two started going out after they collaborated on Megan’s EP, Tina Snow’s (2019) track “Make A Bag”. Subsequently, Megan was featured on Moneybagg Yo’s “All Dat”.
After Megan confirmed their relationship on Instagram, the pair also made several public appearances together, including Rihanna’s Diamond Ball Benefit. But their relationship was short-lived as by the end of 2019, the two had broken up.

In fact, she never explicitly confirmed that she was in a relationship with Lanez, consistently insisting that they were just friends. The two frequently appeared together on TikTok and Instagram Live.
However, their alleged relationship soon took a horrifying turn. In July 2020, after the two attended Kylie Jenner’s house party, Lanez shot Megan in the foot during an argument. In an interview with CBS Mornings’ Gayle King, Megan recounted the events: “He is standing up over the window, shooting. I didn’t even want to move. I didn’t want to move too quickly. I was really scared because I had never been shot at before.”
The incident has been cited as one of the most shocking involving a celebrity. It also highlights the dark reality of American society, plagued by gun violence — whether a celebrity or an ordinary person, no one is truly safe.

She said, “[Pardi] is so calm and so sweet. And very, you know … That’s my boo. And I really like him … He is so perfect and he would never do anything to hurt me, just so y’all know.”
Megan also added, “I never said hot girls can’t have boyfriends … Y’all not about to play with my man. He don’t even be doing nothing to nobody. Yeah, he’s my boyfriend.”
The two were in a relationship for more than two years, and Fontaine also supported her during the Lanez trial.

However, the couple broke up in 2023. Megan even dropped an alleged diss track, “Cobra”, alluding to Fontaine’s infidelity, who dropped a diss track in return titled, “Thee Person”.
After his breakup with Megan Thee Stallion, Fontaine started dating singer Jada Kingdom, but the two broke up as well.

That year, TMZ reported that the rapper and Belgian footballer attended a wedding together where they sat side by side.
