Formula 1 fans have another reason to count down to race season. The award-winning Formula 1 Exhibition is making its highly anticipated Asia debut in Singapore this July 2026, transforming Gardens by the Bay into an immersive celebration of one of the world’s most popular motorsports.
Opening on 23 July for a limited run, the travelling exhibition has already attracted nearly two million visitors worldwide through stops in cities including London, Vienna, Toronto, Amsterdam and Melbourne. Singapore will become the first city in Asia to host the experience, a fitting choice given the city-state’s long-standing relationship with Formula 1 and its status as home to the sport’s first-ever night race.

Spread across seven themed rooms, the exhibition traces Formula 1’s evolution from its origins to the cutting-edge technology shaping its future. Visitors will encounter legendary race cars, rare memorabilia, iconic race suits and helmets, interactive installations, archival footage and behind-the-scenes content from across the sport’s 76-year history.
Among the headline attractions is the Red Bull RB7 driven by Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber during the team’s dominant 2011 championship season. Singapore fans may remember the car’s connection to the city, with Vettel taking victory at the Singapore Grand Prix that same year. Also on display will be the BAR Honda 005 raced by Jenson Button and Jacques Villeneuve, with additional cars expected to be announced closer to opening.

The experience begins with Once Upon A Time In Formula 1, a gallery dedicated to some of the sport’s most defining moments, before moving into spaces such as Revolution By Design and Design Lab, which explore the innovation and engineering behind modern Formula 1 machinery. Drivers and Duels celebrates the rivalries and personalities that have shaped the sport, while Survival focuses on Romain Grosjean’s dramatic 2020 Bahrain crash through artefacts recovered from the incident.

For those looking for a more hands-on experience, state-of-the-art racing simulators will allow visitors to test their skills on Singapore’s own Marina Bay Street Circuit. The exhibition concludes with Singapore Drive, a dedicated section spotlighting Singapore’s contribution to Formula 1 and its place on the global racing calendar.
Tickets will be available via Ticketek, with pricing across Peak, Standard and Flexi sessions, as well as premium Pole Position (including simulator). Tickets go on sale to the general public on 19 June, with presale access beginning on 17 June. Prices start from S$49 (approx. RM160) for adults and S$29 (approx. RM95) for children.
