
Across Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO), sleep is emerging as a critical—yet often overlooked—pillar of health and well-being frequently sacrificed in favor of the demands of modern lifestyles today. Casting a lens on this reality, the Samsung SEAO Ecosystem Health Study[1] sought to analyze the general lifestyle and sentiments towards health and fitness, as well as general wellness habits—including sleep, fitness, and lifestyle choices.
