Status portable heated clothes airer
In our review of the best heated clothes airers, home appliances expert Jo Plumridge dubbed this Status model as the best winged heated clothes airer, and she was impressed with how much laundry she could fit onto it.
While this airer is a winged design, it does also fold away for easy storage in between use – it is 6cm wide once folded down. When it came to cutting down on laundry drying times, Jo found that the “optional cover helps to speed up drying times impressively”.
The airer is discounted to less than half price in Amazon’s October Prime Day sale, but it’s not just its upfront cost that makes it a budget-freindly buy, as it only costs about 6.5p per hour to run.
