THREE people were killed and another seriously injured after the car they were travelling in crashed into the rear of a cement lorry along the Karak Highway near Kampung Sungai Chinchin in the early hours of Friday morning.

Assistant director of operations for the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department, Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar, said emergency services received a distress call regarding the collision at approximately 2.07am.
