The alert, valid until 4 pm today, forecasts thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds.
In Selangor, the affected area is Hulu Langat.
The warning for Negeri Sembilan covers the districts of Jelebu, Seremban, Port Dickson, Kuala Pilah and Rembau.
In Sarawak, the alert involves Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Sri Aman, Betong and Daro in Mukah.
