So you’re traumatised by Pedro Pascal dying yet another brutal death on screen. Here are some helpful tips that could help you cope.
For being such a lovable and charming human being, HBO seems to enjoy killing Pedro Pascal in brutal fashion. In Game of Thrones, Pedro’s Oberyn Martell gets his head crushed by a man’s bare hands. In The Last of Us, Pedro’s Joel Miller gets his head bashed in with a golf club before getting stabbed through the neck. Interestingly, both these deaths involved serious head injury, a mountain, and they both occurred on an HBO show.
And so here we are again, in a world where we’re reeling from Pedro dying a gruesome and violent death. We’re hoping this doesn’t happen again (seriously, Disney, keep Din Djarin alive or I swear). But while we’re in the midst of our grief, here are some very helpful and very legit ways to help you get through another Pedro Pascal character death.

Helpful tips on how to get through Pedro Pascal dying on TV yet again
Watch other things with Pedro in it
As sad as it is to watch Pedro get his head bashed in, he has plenty of other lighthearted and funny moments you can watch. His Saturday Night Live episode will definitely make you forget his bloodied face as he lay lifeless on the floor. His AirPods commercial will put you in blissful ignorance of the golf club sticking out of his neck. And who can forget his appearance on Hot Ones? It surely will put the beating Abby gave him out of your mind.
Go to therapy

If Joel can go to therapy in the midst of an apocalypse, so can you. And if your therapist is none other than legend Catherine O’Hara, even better.
Grab a flamethrower and roast some Bloaters

I’m sure you have a flamethrower lying around in your house. You know, the one you bought from Temu. What better time to use it than when you’re in the throes of grief and denial? Take that sucker out of a spin, be like Tommy, and burn some nasty Bloaters as a healthy way to express your frustration and grief. It’s definitely cheaper than therapy, that’s for sure.
Cry

It’s simple but it works. Sometimes, all you need is a good cry. You know, like what Ellie was doing while she was watching her beloved father figure take his last breath right after they had a fight. Nothing soothes the soul more than a good cry while watching your dad get stabbed through the neck.
Listen to ABBA’s “Xanadu”
It’s Pedro and Bella’s song. What better way to commemorate their time together than by jamming (or sobbing) out to this song?
Play some golf

… Too soon?
